*'Off Market' means these select properties are available for a limited time only either before they go to auction to auction, or after we have been unable to sell at auction. These properties may not be suitable to sell at auction as, for example, they may be tenanted properties which we are unable to organise lots of viewings due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
Buy It Now Price Information
*The Buy It Now prices are the lowest amount our sellers will consider for a traditional type sale. The maximum time we can hold the properties for our members exclusive opportunity will be shown on the property details however they may be removed from sale earlier. If the properties do not sell in the time allocated, they will go to public auction where they will be available to any interested buyer and are expected to achieve a higher price due to the additional interest. If we receive more than one offer for a property during a 'Buy It Now' period, we will invite sellers to submit a sealed bid and the property will be sold to the highest offer. If we receive an offer over the minimum, the seller has the right to end the sale immediately.
